Our Chairman, he is a natural fit for our company with a trusted and growing global reputation. He has many years’ experience within the international speciality chemicals industry. Commercial Director at Thomas Swan and Chairman of Trustees at Catalyst Science Discovery Centre.
Honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Chemical Industries Association and international trade adviser for almost a decade. Bryan is a passionate rugby fan and is Honorary President of Cheshire RFU.
Alan is one of the key Directors at Castle, he has many years of experience in global logistics and business. He has been involved with the chemical industry for over 20 years.
He enjoys mountaineering, hill walking, golf and scuba diving as well as being a family man and strong Liverpool FC supporter.
Jeff’s experience and background in the chemical industry was instrumental in the launch of Castle Chemicals. 20 years or so in, he is fundamental to the success of this global company as it is today.
He’s a strong family man who also loves golf and a keen supporter of Manchester United FC. He is the driving force and passionate about involving everyone in the team.
Les has joined the team as Financial Director bringing with him over 25 years of experience in guiding businesses like ours through current success, and helping to deliver our potential for all of our stakeholders.
Les is a keen skier and off-road motorcyclist, a dedicated father, and strongly believes in supporting charitable causes.
Mike has Over 25 years’ experience in Speciality Chemicals, ranging from Base Chemicals, Plastics, Inks, Polymers, Surface Coatings and Adhesives.
He demonstrates extensive international experience of sales and marketing management and has strong leadership experience with leading remote teams in Europe, USA, Asia and China.
Latterly he has also developed his general management and people skills running a large chemicals sales and distribution centre. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, rugby and is also a keen musician.
Kate has been involved for many years with the design and more recently the marketing. Has strong attention to detail and is part of the Castle family.
Loves all things creative and art galleries. In a former life, she worked as a senior operations manager in 4 star hotels. Has training and recruitment experience and loves sailing.
Mike has over 30 years’ experience in international business in the chemical industry, including leading commercial, operational and financial teams.
He is a keen football fan, having coached junior teams at grass-roots level and being a passionate supporter of Liverpool FC.
To keep fit, Mike enjoys cycling, paddle-boarding and activities with his family.
Gary has been an accountant all his working life and his family are central to his core.
He likes helping people, laughter, making them smile, he has supported charities in wonderful ways to help terminal children.
From fire walking dressed as a Roman Centurion, to virtual cycling the length of the country, NY and London marathons, swimming with sharks and Father Christmas/Easter Bunny.
All in fancy dress, all fund raising and with recently delivering food parcels during Covid bringing pleasure and smiles to people’s lives.
Nichola is meticulous in her work and has an eye for detail.
Started with Castle in 2016 with previous experience in purchasing and has recently been promoted to Financial Assistant and is looking forward to this new role.

Horse riding, show jumping, rowing and walking are her thing, topped with exploring unusual countries to learn and appreciate different languages and cultures.
